Abstract

Summarecon Mall is very strategic shopping destination and has great potential as mainstay tourist destination in Tangerang City. The sample of this study is consumers who already visit the place at Summarecon Mall, Tangerang Ciy with age 20-35 years old and dominance with woman visitor.


The sampling technique use purposive sampling with 100 respondence. Data retrieval is done by using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techiques used by mean, median and modus. This result of this reseach indicate that (1) Fascination, (2) Tourism Infrastructure, (3) Travel Facilities, (4) Infrastructure, (5) Hospitality and Security.
