Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the opinions and expectations of guests who just visit to see and enjoy the atmosphere, or to eat and drink, as well as the comfort of room facilities or just to meet their guests, how to greet in greetings accompanied by a smile with the selection of the right words , friendly, enthusiastic and with a polite tone and attitude when talking to guests at Nagoya Mansion Hotel & Residence.
