Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel Bandung
Based on the data, the index showed a decline in labor productivity from 2013 to 2016. The calculations carried out by the personnel management. There were several factors suspected to be the issue in the decline in the productivity of employee. The first factor was the achievement of work discipline caused decrease in the absence or considered static for 4 years from 2013 to 2016. The second factor was the competence and the third factor was motivation. This study aimed to analyze the level of employee productivity at Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel Bandung based on the work discipline, competency, and motivation. This study used descriptive-quantitative methods and verification was used to discuss the issues more in depth by selecting permanent and contract employees working at the Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel Bandung in 2016. The sample was taken as many as 103 respondents. The results showed that a significant difference between the work discipline, work productivity and motivation (0.017, 0.213, and 0.647 respectively). This results suggested a few things for the company to achieve employee productivity better where the company should improve oversight of the work of employees under a leader.
